AR, KY, MT State Fee Increases Effective Dec. 1, 2006 – The state of Arkansas will raise its fees from $8.00 to $8.50 per record for insurance records, and from $11.00 to $11.50 for commercial records.

At the same time, the state of Kentucky will raise its fees for driving records from $4.50 to $5.00 per record.

Finally, Montana raised its fees from $6.50 to $7.00 for driving records.

There have been no changes to cutoff times.

NH Requires Manual Ordering of
Driving Records for Resale Use
Effective December 22, the state of New Hampshire requires manual ordering of driving records for resale use. First Advantage ADR will continue to provide you with the records you need through manual requests. Simply complete New Hampshire Form DSMV 505, fax it to us at 916.456.3332 and we will return your order in about 8 days.
