What companies are available on ZapApp® for Windows?
The list of companies on ZapApp® for Windows changes monthly! New companies are being added, changes made to existing programs and periodically companies are deleted from ZapApp® for Windows. Open the ZapMenu for Windows click on help, located on the top of the screen. Then select ‘Available ZapWin companies’ to view a complete list.
Can I transmit my ZapApp® through a DSL connection?
Yes, you can! First you must configure your ZapApp® program to transmit through TCP/IP rather than a modem connection. To do this, open the ZapApp® program and select 'Comm' from the menu bar, then select 'Settings' from the drop down menu. A dialog box will open where you need to select add, located at the bottom and then choose 'TCP/IP' from the drop down list. Click 'OK'. You should see a TCP/IP address and port number in the spaces shown. If these fields are empty, contact ADR's Technical Support for assistance. Otherwise choose finish, and then ‘OK’.
How often must I update ZapApp® for Windows?
ZapApp® for Windows is updated bi-monthly, on the 1st and 15th! The updates to ZapApp® for Windows include the addition of new companies, changes to existing applications, deletion of old companies, and improvements to the program.
It says that my password is invalid. What should I do?
First, make sure that you are typing in the correct password. If you're sure the password is correct and it still doesn’t work, try using our Password Reset link in the right-nav located on every page under the "Contact Us" section. You will be given a temporary password that will allow you to get back into the system to select a new permanent password.
For WebMVR customers try using the Forgot Password link located on the main login window, which you can access by clicking on the link, Web MVR Login, in the right nav under "Logins and Downloads" on every web page within this site.
How often do I have to change my password?
You must change your password every sixty days. To change your password try using our Reset Password link located under the “Contact Us” section in the right navigation of every page in our site.
Can I get an Instant MVR for states other than California?
Yes! With our new Comprise™ MVR or WebMVR ordering platforms, you may now your orders back within 30 seconds.
