Who should I call if I have questions about my bill?

How do I view and pay my bill online?
Go to the right navigation column on this page and select View/Pay Your Bill under the Logins section. Click on View/Pay Your Bill to enroll, or view your online bill pay options.

How do I contact Customer Service?

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to Logins on the right navigation column on this page.
  2. Click on WebMVR Login.
  3. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter your User ID, Current Password, and New Password.
  5. Confirm the password.
  6. Click Go.

What is a Default Password and where would I find it?

  • It is on your original user registration form.
  • It can be used to reset your existing password.
  • Your default password will never expire.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to Logins on the right navigation column on this page.
  2. Click on WebMVR Login.
  3. Click on Forgotten or Expired Password.
  4. Enter your Account Number, User ID, and Default Password.
  5. Click Go. You will be assigned a New Temporary Password.
  6. Use the new temporary password to log in to the system.
  7. If you are still having trouble changing your password, contact Tech Support at 800.766.6877 option 3.

Can I get an Instant MVR from states other than California?
Yes, you can order Motor Vehicle Records from all 50 States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
