As of June 1, First Advantage ADR (American Driving Records), along with the Information Solutions Company (ISC) of First American Corporation, have now become a new, publicly traded entity named CoreLogic. Our new company will be publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock symbol: CLGX.
As a new company, we are committed to delivering the capabilities you need to better assess your business challenges—and gain the dynamic insights you need to reduce risk and improve business performance.
Even though our company has officially changed its name to CoreLogic, we will still be the leading provider of motor vehicle record information for the insurance and employer industries. For over 25 years we have been providing the most accurate and reliable information to help our companies mitigate risk.
Key information about our new company, CoreLogic:
- All of the divisions of First Advantage including First Advantage ADR (American Driving Records), along with the ISC division of First American Corporation will now become CoreLogic. The spin-off from First Advantage ADR and First American will not impact our current business relationship with you; however, the capabilities we’re able to offer will greatly increase. Please note that, currently, this will not affect our day to day operations - no changes to password procedures, logons, addresses, etc.
